My Programs and Services
My company provides wellness and nutrition coaching services and various programs to individuals and groups. I also conduct workshops, speak at conferences, retreats, book clubs, women’s groups, etc. My focus is primarily busy women who are struggling to lose weight, find balance and make healthier food choices.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which considers how all aspects of an individual’s life are connected and may affect their health as a whole. Each person is viewed as being unique in terms of food and lifestyle needs. As the saying goes, one person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. My coaching practice supports individuals and groups to make positive changes that are based on their unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background to ensure that you will have great success!

Coaching Plans
You can choose a one on one or group coaching plan that best suits your needs. Coaching plans include a one month three month and a six month premium packages all tailored to your individual need.
